Nurse Recuiter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing and clinical roles across multiple healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of the healthcare hiring landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff

• Manage the full hiring process: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nursing talent

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Coordinate interviews, credential verification, and onboarding steps

• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records

• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and facility requirements

• Represent the organization professionally to candidates and clients

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 years of healthcare or nurse recruiting experience preferred

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage high-volume hiring

• Knowledge of credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
