The Creative Audio Team at Meta is a centralized organization that touches every product at Meta. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to bring structure, efficiency, and optimization to our operational workflows. This role will guide operational projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Meta’s values and Creative Audio’s priorities. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with team members, managers, and vendors. A passion for sound is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Logistics & Coordination
- Develop and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and workshops.
- Manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are productive and efficient.
- Support planning and execution of team events, including offsites and virtual gatherings.
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Document and maintain updated workflow guides and best practices.
- Develop and manage communication plans and schedules for team leadership.
- Provide input on and review internal communications to ensure clarity, conciseness, and narrative alignment.
- Ensure timely and clear communication between teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate updates, reminders, and information sharing for ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain and update onboarding documentation for new team members.
- Provide logistical support to managers during the onboarding process.
- Ensure new hires have access to all necessary resources and information.
- Regularly review team operational procedures and initiatives.
- Provide actionable suggestions for improvement and alternative strategies.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement recommended changes.
- Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives
- Adapt communication to collaborate with teams across a variety of disciplines.
- Facilitate driving projects to completion, including team-wide system and process initiatives such as training and onboarding programs.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, presentations, and other materials.
- Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment.
