This role will guide operational projects through their entire lifecycle. Candidates must have attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with team members, managers, and vendors.

- Manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are productive.
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Develop and manage communication plans and schedules for team leadership.
- Ensure timely and clear communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update onboarding documentation for new team members.
- Regularly review team operational procedures and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor, track, and support multiple projects and initiatives.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain project plans, process documentation, and presentations.
Experience: 5 years of relevant project management experience is required.
Education: No specific degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/PSM certification is a plus.
- A passion for sound is a plus.
