Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for potential transactions.
- Conduct industry, competitive, and strategic research.
- Prepare presentations and investment materials for leadership.
- Support due diligence, integration planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Communicate with external counterparties and manage data room activity.
- Assist with special projects, financial analyses, and review of legal documents.
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or similar.
- Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Sharp analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mentality.
