ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a Functional Analyst to join a functional team that partners closely with technical development teams to support business process optimization and workflow design. This role focuses on staff augmentation, bridging business needs with technical delivery, and supporting informal testing and enhancement requirements. You'll play a key part in refining and establishing new workflows as the team scales, while gaining a deep understanding of the data model and how all the components connect across systems.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

As a Functional Analyst, you'll serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical developers—helping to translate business requirements into functional specifications. You'll support the business process lifecycle from requirement gathering through implementation, assist with informal testing and validation, and ensure enhancements are clearly communicated to the development team. Over time, you'll take ownership in refining existing workflows and designing new processes that improve operational efficiency. A solid understanding of data structures, hierarchies, and relationships will help you support custom reporting and process improvement initiatives.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must-Haves)

1. Functional Analysis Expertise (5–10 Years) – Proven background in business and functional analysis, workflow setup, resource allocation, and customization of business processes. Strong understanding of data models, custom reporting structures, hierarchies, and how information is organized across systems.

2. PPM Tool Experience – Hands-on experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, ideally Clarity, or similar platforms such as ServiceNow. Ability to configure and maintain PPM systems, and support users with both process-related and technical issues (no coding required).

3. Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication, self-starter attitude, and ability to multitask effectively. Experience working cross-functionally, leading conversations, and driving process flow without requiring close direction.

• Direct experience with Clarity PPM.

• Previous experience working within Apple or similar enterprise environments.
