What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contractor - Enterprise Technology Systems position at INSPYR Solutions?
Title: Contractor - Enterprise Technology Systems
Location: Vienna, VA
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders
SCRUM Master / Project Manager. Primarily remote, however will be expected to come on site for meetings (HDQ)
• Ensure delivery commitments align with Program Increment (PI) and business objectives
• Manage the end to end delivery lifecycle for Agile initiatives, from intake through release.
• Ensure backlog is well documented and prioritized with the PO
• Act as a primary point of coordination between delivery teams, and business stakeholders,
• Manage dependencies, risks, and remove blockers /impediments
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Forecast delivery outcomes using estimation, velocity, and capacity planning techniques.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead retrospection driven actions to improve flow and quality.
• Shield teams from external disruptions while enabling effective collaboration.
• Must have ADO azure Devops experience, Navy federal experience is a plus. Finance Systems knowledge is a plus.
