NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for an Enterprise Systems Monitoring with Dynatrace experience SME to support a Federal Program in Chantilly, VA. This is a direct-hire role with our client, a growing Federal Integrator. Due to the nature of the work, an active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph is required.

Candidate requires deep experience in interfacing with a variety of typical enterprise Information Technology Systems / Platforms. The role entails improving the quality of monitoring data extracted from a very large IT environment. This may involve changes on the monitored systems, changes on Dynatrace monitoring, or even developing custom extensions to facilitate the desired monitoring outcomes. As a member of the monitoring team, responsibility is limited to the Dynatrace system itself, but your influence upon changes required by teams running other systems is crucial for success.

- Dynatrace Associate Certification
- CompTIA Security Certification
- 10 years Enterprise IT Architecture / Administration experience
- Proficiency in operating and administering both Windows and Linux systems
- Full-time On-Site, Chantilly VA.
- 3 years software development experience, general.
- 1 year experience Dynatrace Extension Development
- TS/SCI CI POLY
Preferred:
- Experience with:
- SCOM
- Exchange Server
- Citrix CDI
