Per Diem

• Implement One-to-One Connection Sessions.  These are personalized engagement sessions designed to provoke creative exploration and expression, maximizing the client’s engagement, esteem, and relationship building.  
• Home visits for skills discovery assessments (assessment of strengths for individuals living with dementia), IMC will provide training
• Co-facilitate a cognitive stimulation therapy program
• Travel throughout boroughs of New York City 

• At least two years of experience working with the geriatric population, two years of experience partnering with individuals living with dementia
• A degree in the following field: Therapeutic Recreation, Art Therapy, Music Therapy or other allied health 
• Willing to consider interns in the following fields: Therapeutic Recreation, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, or other allied health 
• Being bilingual is a plus
