Job Description:
Our Per Diem RNs provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of acute care settings. This is an as-needed role that requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the hospital environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $68-$70 per hour
Schedule:
- This is a per diem, as-needed role.
- 12-hour shifts are available for all schedules: Days and Nights.
Requirements:
- Current and active NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BSN required
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of recent experience in a ER hospital.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.)
- Floating experience
- Exceptional clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour

- RN: 3 years (Required)
