Position Overview
Inspired Beauty Brands is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a detail oriented and organized person who can adhere to company policy and procedure and complete tasks accurately while following a well-defined timeline. The position reports to the Director of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
On a Daily Basis, responsibilities will include:
· Processing receipts for IBB PO, upon receiving confirmation & receivers from CM;
· Processing transfers between CM in ERP for IBB owned components / Bulk / Chemicals;
· Assisting AP in resolving QTY variance between QTY received vs QTY invoiced by vendors.
· Processing any inventory adjustments necessary based on communication with DC’s or internal management.
On a Monthly Basis, responsibilities will include:
· Conducting Preliminary Monthly Inventory Reconciliation for CM & communicating with CM for Top Variance;
· Making adjustment in ERP according to shrink factor % allowed by IBB & adjustment in ERP per CM’s re-count QTY;
· Communicating with Finance and Purchasing for Chargeback to CM if necessary;
· Processing Destruction Authorization and communicating to CM for Obsolete materials.
On an Annual Basis, responsibilities will include:
· Sending emails prior to year end to all DC’s and CM’s regarding the process for year-end physical and dates physical needs to be conducted
· Conducting Annual Physical Inventory Reconciliation for all DC and CM;
· Communicating with DC and CM for preliminary Variance;
· Making adjustments in ERP once QTY confirmed by DC & CM after review / recount;
· Communicating with Finance and Purchasing for Chargeback to CM for QTY over the allowed shrink factor %

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written, communication skills as this position will be interacting with outside vendors and DCs as well as other internal departments.
· Willingness to function both independently and as part of a broader team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel is a must. Pivot tables and vlookups is a plus.
· Business Central/Dynamics is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
