What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 outpatient occupational therapy in clients’ homes under OT supervision.
- Deliver functional, personalized, evidence-based treatments.
- Educate clients and caregivers on safe movement and mobility strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to create effective, client-centered care plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Connecticut.
- 3 years of experience (SNF, traditional home health, or outpatient preferred).
- Experience or interest in neuro rehab / Parkinson’s Disease a plus.
- Strong communication skills, clinical independence, and passion for helping older adults thrive.
