What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Operations Lead position at INSPIRE Physical Therapy and Wellness?
We’re hiring — and I’m being very intentional about this one.
INSPIRE Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Practice Operations Lead to own and strengthen our front office and administrative operations as we continue to grow.
This is a remote, part-time role to start (20–25 hrs/week) and is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone with healthcare operations experience, ideally within a physical therapy or outpatient setting, who enjoys creating structure, following through on details, and being accountable for results.
This role focuses on:
• Client intake and referral flow
• Insurance verification (Medicare experience strongly preferred)
• Scheduling initial evaluations only (clinicians manage follow-ups)
• Operational KPIs and administrative follow-through
• Supporting system adoption and consistency (EMR experience a plus)
Over time, and once operations are running smoothly, this role may expand to assist with new programs and business development initiatives.
