What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one outpatient PT services in clients' homes.
- Treat adults with orthopedic, neurological, or age-related conditions.
- Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans.
- Educate and empower clients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced interdisciplinary team.
- Engage in community-based wellness and prevention programs.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.
- 3 years of experience (SNF, home health, or outpatient preferred).
- Experience with Parkinson's Disease or other neurological conditions preferred.
- Strong communication skills and clinical independence.
- Passion for meaningful, client-centered care.
