Job Type: Full-time, This is a school-year position, including a six week summer session.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-3:30pm

Basic Functions: The School Administrative Assistant is a key member of the Inspire team, dedicated to supporting the seamless and efficient operation of the preschool special education program as well as agency developmental disability services.
Essential Functions:
- Front Office & Family Engagement: Greets visitors, assists with arrival/dismissal, gives tours, supports application process, and handles mail distribution.
- Student Data & Compliance: Maintains student databases, uploads IEP/ESY documents, tracks IEP compliance, and ensures documentation is complete and up to date.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organizes attendance tracking, schedules events (e.g., picture day, graduation), and coordinates observations and therapy services.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitors and orders snacks, classroom, and office supplies; prepares purchase orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Associate degree with 1 year of administrative experience, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years’ experience in education or special education.
- Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage tasks independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and experience working with special education systems or students with disabilities.
