Key Responsibilities
Multichannel Outreach Campaigns
- Build and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Own the full outbound system: data sourcing, enrichment, messaging, sequencing, and follow-up
- Continuously test and iterate on ICP definitions, targeting logic, and channel mix
- Create, launch, and manage high-volume cold email campaigns
- Write short, direct outreach copy that earns replies, not praise
- Kill underperforming campaigns fast and replace them with better ones
- Use AI-based tools and APIs (e.g. OpenAI SDK) to enrich lead data and personalize outreach at scale
- Design prompts and workflows that reduce manual work and increase signal
- Continuously improve automation instead of accepting inefficient processes
- Track campaign performance end-to-end and focus on metrics that actually matter
- Run structured experiments weekly and apply learnings immediately
- Make decisions based on data, not opinions or internal politics
- Create and iterate on outreach-specific content across channels
- Adapt messaging by persona, industry, and market
- Remove fluff aggressively — clarity beats cleverness
- Find, test, and validate new data sources for contact discovery
- Build lead lists that prioritize relevance and intent over volume
- Take responsibility for lead quality — excuses won’t be accepted
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience running B2B outbound or cold outreach campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with proof of performance (results > examples)
- Hands-on experience with automation, enrichment, or AI-driven workflows
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance metrics
- Ability to operate independently in an unstructured, high-expectation environment
