Role Description
- Design, deploy, and maintain all complex, resilient workflows using n8n (preferred) and/or Make.com
- Own and manage secure, end-to-end data flows between client CRMs, outreach tools, and third-party APIs.
- Implement robust error handling for all client automations
- Prototype and build AI Voice Agent systems for multiple use cases.
- Support the transition from remote work to the mandatory in-person Mumbai office after 6 months.
Qualifications
- You must demonstrate an expert technical command of n8n (preferred) and Make.com for complex integration and workflow design.
- Strong technical knowledge or prior experience in building and deploying AI Voice Agents for tasks like lead screening is a significant advantage.
- You must have a proven track record of designing systems focused on data integrity and comprehensive logging to eliminate fragmentation.
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical discipline with a strong focus on systems design and logic.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with software development or programming languages in automation will be an added advantage.
