What You Will Do
- Own quality for product changes by designing fast, risk-based test strategies.
- Build and maintain automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers.
- Use AI tools to speed up test creation, refactoring, debugging, and exploratory analysis.
- Review AI-generated test code critically and raise it to production quality.
- Partner closely with engineers and product managers to catch weak assumptions before release.
- Improve tooling, coverage, and release confidence while reducing repetitive manual work.
- Strong experience in automated testing for modern web products or SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar testing frameworks.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools in real QA or automation work.
- Ability to spot where AI-generated output is weak, incorrect, shallow, or unsafe.
- Comfort working with APIs, browser debugging tools, and developer workflows.
- Clear English communication and strong judgment.
- Experience building internal QA utilities, prompt workflows, or agent-based testing workflows.
- Python or JavaScript skills for automation and tooling.
- Experience in fast-moving product teams where QA is embedded with engineering.
