My Client is an leading CPA firm dedicated to delivering excellence. With a strong commitment to innovation and growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior to join this dynamic team.

Overview:

As a Tax Senior you will play a key role in providing high-quality tax services to clients in accordance with the firm's standards and best practices. This position involves working closely with managers, partners, and clients to deliver tax compliance, planning, and consulting services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely filing of tax returns.
• Provide tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and consultations regarding tax matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on tax technical matters and professional development.
• Assist in the development of tax policies, procedures, and best practices within the firm.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is preferred
• Must currently be working in a CPA firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or specialization in taxation preferred.
• 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
