Tax Senior-Manager

Position Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Tax Manager with Big 4 experience to lead tax engagements, mentor staff, and help the firm deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements for a variety of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

• Review complex tax work and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the firm.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required.

• Significant Big 4 tax experience.

• Strong technical knowledge in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.

• Proven ability to manage engagements, mentor staff, and communicate effectively with clients.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
