Hiring: Tax Manager – Partnerships & Private Equity
We’re partnering with a highly respected public accounting firm that’s continuing to grow its tax practice and is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond compliance work and step into a true advisory role with exposure to complex partnership structures, private equity-backed entities, M&A activity, and public company tax matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Reviewing partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions
• Managing client engagements from planning through delivery
• Identifying strategic tax solutions and opportunities tied to evolving tax law
• Supporting federal and state tax audits
• Leading and mentoring junior staff members
• Building strong client relationships with Controllers, Accounting Managers, and C-Suite leadership
• Participating in business development and networking initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or Bar License required
• Strong background in partnership taxation
• Experience with private equity-backed partnerships preferred
• Exposure to M&A transactions highly desirable
• ASC 740 and public company experience is a plus
• Oil & Gas industry exposure is a plus
