What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Specialist position at Insigneo?
The Investment Solutions Group seeks to provide comprehensive management of all investment products (SMAs, MAC, discretionary portfolios, mutual funds, offshore funds, ETFs, private market, & alternative products) offered to the Insigneo network. With a product-agnostic lens, we will partner with each region and channel in understanding their respective priorities in order to drive and retain assets across all investment products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Support the team in developing and implementing new product initiatives that contribute to the tactical and strategic expansion of Insigneo’s investment product platform.
- Support product distribution and service efforts by responding to investment product inquiries and communicating enhancements to the product offering.
- Assist with client onboarding to investment solutions and address client inquiries and requests for information.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance daily, monthly, and quarterly product metrics and management reporting.
- Incorporate risk and business assessments to maintain and strengthen process controls.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on the business and support change requests and strategic initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support ad hoc research, issue resolution, data requests, and reporting requirements.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely written and verbal updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, with exposure to product management and/or project management.
- Strong client service orientation with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving client inquiries effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical, resourceful, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Refinitiv, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred.
- CFA candidate status preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
