The Product Manager is a senior individual contributor within the Investment Solutions Group, responsible for driving product strategy, distribution enablement, and client engagement across Insigneo's managed account solutions — with particular depth in SMAs, UMAs, and Rep as PM programs. This role works closely with CIO leadership, Market Heads, and Relationship Managers to expand and retain the firm's investment product business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS

Product Strategy & Development

  • Serve as the firm's senior subject matter expert across all investment products, with particular expertise in SMA, UMA, and Rep as PM strategies; articulate the CIO's investment philosophy, macro views, asset class positioning, and performance attribution.
  • Drive new product initiatives that contribute to the tactical and strategic expansion of Insigneo's managed account and investment product suite.
  • Evaluate and recommend product enhancements, fee structures, and manager/strategy changes in partnership with investment leadership.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of regulatory developments on the product suite, and support the drive of change initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.

Distribution & Business Development

  • Partner closely with Market Heads and Relationship Managers to drive new investment flows and retain existing AUM, achieving key performance and financial targets.
  • Present on product calls, roadshows, and advisor forums; author written communications distributed to the full Insigneo advisor network.
  • Support distribution and service efforts for all investment product inquiries and proactively communicate enhancements to the product menu.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to deepen SMA, UMA, and Rep as PM penetration across markets and client segments.

Client Engagement & Onboarding

  • Drive client onboarding to managed account solutions, serving as an escalation point for complex inquiries and requests for information.
  • Educate and train Investment Professionals and internal resources on the full product offering; coordinate with Client Relations on ongoing engagement programs.
  • Deliver concise, timely written and verbal updates to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Reporting & Operations

  • Support the development, maintenance, and presentation of daily, monthly, and quarterly product metric reports for senior management.
  • Incorporate risk and business assessments to enhance process controls across the product lifecycle.
  • Support ad hoc research, data requests, and resolution of operational issues across the investment product suite.


JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES)

  • Seven (7) years of experience in investment product management, managed accounts, or a related role within financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of SMA, UMA, and Rep as PM programs, including operational, regulatory, and competitive landscape considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior distribution teams and drive asset growth in managed account strategies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; proven ability to deliver compelling content to advisors and senior stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on resolving client and advisor inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Refinitiv, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain).
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA and/or CFA designation.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience in an international or cross-border wealth management environment.
