What You'll Do:
As a licensed or fully certified behavioral health professional, you will play a critical role in our substance abuse enhanced services. Working in close coordination with an interdisciplinary team, you will be expected to facilitate the best possible care for our clients. Your teammates will include physicians, behavioral health specialists, registered nurses, quality assurance specialists, paraprofessionals, and the clinical leadership team.
Your role will include:
Individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance abuse disorders.
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing person centered treatment plans.
Utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up to date on current trends in addiction treatment.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our clients.
SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
One time sign on bonus of $1,000 after completing 90 days of continues employment.
