Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel files, supporting payroll processing, auditing HR data, generating reports, and ensuring compliance across two growing organizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of HR experience
- Experience supporting payroll functions alongside HR responsibilities
- Experience maintaining employee records and personnel files
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Experience handling confidential employee information
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems
Preferred:
- Experience implementing or supporting HR technology platforms
- Familiarity with HR/HQ, WorkMax, or similar systems
- Experience with HR database cleanup and data integrity initiatives
- Background in construction, field services, or multi-entity organizations
