Description: Insight Global is looking to hire for 2 detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our client's team and support daily operations. These Associates will work onsite in Golden Valley, MN. This role is ideal for someone with basic warehouse experience who enjoys hands‑on work and keeping things organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Put away inbound materials that do not require power equipment
- Process and store returned items from HSP inventories
- Pull down HSP parts and restock prime picking locations (ladder use required)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience
- Ability to start quickly and work independently
- Comfortable using ladders and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Compensation: $16/hour to $20/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
