TS/SCI-CI Poly Site Manager

Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Las Cruces, NM.

Location: White Sands Missile Range – Las Cruces, NM

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a moderate-risk Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract, including construction, procurement, and Central Plant operations.
• Supervise Fluor and subcontractor staff on a secure U.S. Government site.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Client Plant Manager and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead maintenance, modifications, and outage activities in accordance with contract requirements. - Ensure integration of maintenance planning with plant/power operations.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Oversee accurate project reporting, invoicing, and close-out activities. - Collaborate with Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, change control, and risk.
• Assist in defining and coordinating program staffing needs.
• Lead technical and commercial proposal development, including execution plans and estimating. - Willingness to travel for business as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active U.S. TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph
• 7 years of experience managing program sites in the intelligence space
• 7 years of experience managing sites of 60-100 personnel in a cleared environment
• Extensive experience with operations and facilities management
