Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer II to support workstation hardware and software validation, performance benchmarking, and lab operations. This role will be responsible for executing test plans, troubleshooting issues, analyzing results, maintaining test environments, and supporting product qualification efforts across workstation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute performance, functional, regression, integration, stress, scalability, and user acceptance testing.
- Perform hardware qualification testing for workstations, storage devices, accessories, add-in cards, and other components.
- Configure hardware and software environments for benchmarking and validation activities.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and document test results and findings.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate testing processes.
- Maintain test equipment, lab infrastructure, systems, firmware, drivers, and software.
- Support lab setup, rack configuration, cabling, networking, and hardware deployments.
- Manage lab assets and ensure a clean, organized, and operational test environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to communicate status, risks, and test outcomes.
- Recommend improvements to testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
