Techno-Functional Blue Yonder Support Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS

- Experience troubleshooting WMS issues in a live warehouse environment

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows

- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor in an active environment

- Ability to triage and prioritize issues during a go-live

-Comfortable working 2nd/3rd shifts: 2pm-10pm and/or 10pm-6am

Location:

Olive Branch, MS (70% onsite / 30% remote)

Can sit out of ANYWHERE but must be willing to travel on-site for 70% of the contract duration

Travel expenses will be covered by the Client

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior go-live or implementation support experience

- Exposure to automation systems (conveyors, ASRS, etc.)

- Experience supporting integrations between WMS and other systems

Job Description

Open Sky Group is looking for Techno-Functional WMS Support Analysts to assist with a live Blue Yonder WMS go-live in a high-volume, highly automated warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role supporting warehouse operations in real time and helping ensure a smooth transition during go-live and stabilization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Provide on-the-floor support for warehouse users (pickers, planners, supervisors)

- Troubleshoot WMS issues such as allocation, putaway, and staging failures

- Review system configurations and analyze trace files within Blue Yonder

- Identify root cause of issues and resolve or escalate when needed

- Partner with technical teams for more complex system issues

- Support ongoing go-live and stabilization efforts in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

$60/hr to $70/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
