Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is expanding and launching new programs across Eastern New Mexico. They are looking for 2 Licensed Therapists to join their outpatient team and play a key role in transforming behavioral health services in the community.
This role includes a mix of in-person and virtual therapy, working with diverse patient populations on mental health and substance use challenges.
Day to Day:
- Provide individual, family, and couples therapy
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Support crisis intervention (in-person and phone-based)
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and coping strategies
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and community providers
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development
Must Haves:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or related field
- Licensed in New Mexico (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or provisional accepted)
- Strong patient engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience or interest in crisis intervention and behavioral health
- Ability to work with diverse populations
This role is paying from $55-75K a year depending on experience.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
