Infrastructure Analyst
Location: On-site Biloxi, MS - Keesler AFB
Start Date: March 1, 2026
Contract Duration: 8 years (2026–2034)
Salary: 120k-125k Relocation
About the Role
We are seeking a Programmer Lead to join a multi-disciplinary team supporting installation engineering and management functions for Keesler AFB. Your background as an experienced Civil Engineer and US Air Force veteran with skills in project and program management will be highly valuable in this role. This role plays a critical part in ensuring state-of-the-art facilities for cadets and future Air Force leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Facility Asset Management Plan (AMP) and coordinate project authorizations.
- Apply technical knowledge of Air Force Instructions (AFI 32-1032, AFI 32-1023) for planning and programming maintenance, repair, and construction projects.
- Assist in writing and processing DoD Form 1391 for FSRM and MILCON projects.
- Develop rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates using government-provided software.
- Prepare detailed deliverables: justifications, space calculations, site plans, funding timelines.
- Advise on Base Comprehensive Asset Management Plan (BCAMP) and Congressional funding documentation.
- Support pre-acquisition efforts and generate project lists (BCAMP, MILCON, UMMC, ERCIP).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
