Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clovis, New Mexico, for a Therapist at Nurstead Mental Health & Consulting Services. The Therapist will provide direct client services such as conducting individual and group therapy sessions, creating and implementing treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, and supporting clients' ongoing mental health needs. The position also involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to skills development programs, and supporting clients through transitional and addiction recovery processes. Documentation of client progress and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards are also key daily responsibilities.
