Technical Lead

Position: Senior Tech Lead - Azure/Microsoft Stack

Duration: 12 month contract, potential extensions and conversions!

Location: Midtown Manhattan- in office 3 days a week!

Pay: 80-90 hr on W2

Required Skills & Experience:

•12-15 years' experience in software engineering/technical leadership roles

•Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, APIs, cloud architecture)

•Experience building and integrating enterprise applications

•Experience with CRM integrations

•Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms

•Strong expertise in .NET / C# or similar Microsoft-aligned technologies

•Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems

•Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

•Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

•Financial services experience; investment banking preferred

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to support a leading investment banking client in New York City. This individual will lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft Azure, driving initiatives across CRM integrations, data platforms, and cloud-native application development. This is a highly visible role requiring both hands-on technical leadership and the ability to mentor and guide a team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite in the NYC office.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead design, development, and delivery of Azure-based enterprise applications

•Architect and implement cloud-native solutions (App Services, Functions, APIs)

•Drive CRM and Databricks integrations within Azure ecosystem

•Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

•Oversee full SDLC ensuring quality, security, and scalability

•Lead and mentor a team

•Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and regulatory standards

•Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements
