The Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting efforts across entry‑level and professional‑level roles. This role partners closely with the Customer Experience team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to execute hiring strategies, support workforce planning, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Source, attract, interview, and hire candidates for entry‑level and professional roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring goals and workforce needs
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team on staffing plans and workforce forecasting
- Execute creative sourcing strategies through job boards, internet platforms, community groups, and professional organizations
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and workforce development programs through strategic collaboration
- Manage all candidate activity within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and community recruiting events
- Ensure compliance with all recruiting and hiring regulations, including EEO and OFCCP requirements
- Stay current on recruiting trends, compliance updates, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable handling high workload demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
