What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Specialist position at Insight Global?
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Systems Support Analysts to join our team and support a local company in the NWA area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for vendors experiencing issues with item creation, providing guidance and escalating concerns to the appropriate support tiers. You will also analyze data files to identify trends, errors, and opportunities that help merchants and internal teams grow their business. We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of data analytics experience where you feel comfortable in Advanced Excel functions/ formulas and Pivot tables. You will excel in this role is you have an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, willing to help personality.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and VLOOKUP
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable on the phone, handling escalations, and troubleshooting
• Eagerness to learn
Compensation:
$18/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
