About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is hands-on with organic social execution and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. You’ll manage posting, scheduling, community engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily posting and scheduling across all organic social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit) in collaboration with agency partners.
- Engage with audiences through comments and partner with the social care team for customer service and engagement.
- Track and report on performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve engagement and inform strategy.
- Occasionally create content, including short-form video and trend-driven posts; be comfortable appearing on camera.
- Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots.
- Stay ahead of social trends and recommend new content formats.
- Produce and manage real-time social “lightning moments” that position the brand at the center of culture.
- Support influencer activations and UGC initiatives as needed.
- Contribute and present organic social strategy, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media execution or community management.
- Skilled in social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar).
- Comfortable with content creation and basic video editing.
- Strong understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data.
- Passion for social trends and brand storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, and Reddit.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Compensation:
$55/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
