Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is hands-on with organic social execution and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. You’ll manage posting, scheduling, community engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily posting and scheduling across all organic social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit) in collaboration with agency partners.
• Engage with audiences through comments and partner with the social care team for customer service and engagement.
• Track and report on performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve engagement and inform strategy.
• Occasionally create content, including short-form video and trend-driven posts; be comfortable appearing on camera.
• Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots.
• Stay ahead of social trends and recommend new content formats.
• Produce and manage real-time social “lightning moments” that position the brand at the center of culture.
• Support influencer activations and UGC initiatives as needed.
• Contribute and present organic social strategy, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media execution or community management.
• Skilled in social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar).
• Comfortable with content creation and basic video editing.
• Strong understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data.
• Passion for social trends and brand storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Compensation:

$55/hr to $60/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
