The ideal candidate understands how brands authentically engage audiences across social platforms and can translate business objectives into compelling content strategies. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, content creators, creative teams, and production partners, ensuring projects move seamlessly. They will be responsible for organizing projects within tools such as Monday.com, establishing timelines, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and providing regular project status updates. Beyond project execution, this person will bring a strategic mindset to every initiative. They will evaluate briefs, ask the right questions, identify opportunities to strengthen creative concepts, and ensure content strategies align with audience behaviors and platform best practices. A strong understanding of social-first content is essential, including knowledge of how content is created, edited, optimized, and distributed across channels.
