Key Responsibilities
Site Access & Credentialing
- Monitor and support daily site access procedures
- Verify worker credentials and ensure personnel meet site access requirements
- Process visitors and assist with visitor badging and credentialing
- Support digital badges, QR codes, temporary badges, and vehicle entry processes
- Help maintain consistent compliance with established gate and access procedures
Worker Onboarding & Training
- Assist with onboarding new workers and contractors
- Guide workers through documentation and digital platform setup
- Train field personnel on proper use of the platform and access tools
- Answer questions and provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding process
Technical & Operational Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for access, credentialing, and basic technical issues
- Troubleshoot credential mismatches and other access-related problems
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to resolve issues
- Escalate more complex technical problems when necessary
Customer & Field Support
- Serve as a professional on-site representative
- Build positive working relationships with field personnel, contractors, and customer teams
- Respond to questions and service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Gather feedback from field users to help improve processes and the overall user experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate issues clearly
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with a diverse workforce
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site construction environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Experience with site access, badging, credentialing, workforce onboarding, construction operations, customer support, or technical support is a plus
