3 month contract Required Skills & Experience Responding to customer inquiries via email Handling call-back phone calls, with potential for live phone calls based on aptitude and program needs Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation within the system Prior customer service experience using a ticketing or case management platform, such as: ServiceNow (preferred) Salesforce NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics Experience must be on the customer service / case management side of these systems Financial reporting experience is not required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Job Description We are partnering with a client who is seeking three temporary Customer Service Representatives to support their team through the end of June (with the possibility that work could conclude earlier or extend longer depending on business needs). These roles are ideal for candidates with hands-on experience using case/ticket management systems in a customer service environment. This role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday. Standard hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Arrival time becomes more flexible once the training period is complete. Compensation: $18/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
