Must Haves :
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role supporting data, analytics, or platform teams
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tooling, and data visualization concepts - Proven experience translating business and enterprise priorities into product goals, epics, and user stories
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution
- Ability to partner closely with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones
- Experience defining product success metrics and measuring outcomes post‑delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to manage scope, prioritization, dependencies, and tradeoffs across multiple workstreams
Plusses :
- Life Sciences industry experience strongly preferred

Insight Global is looking for one of our customers in the MedTech industry. The Technical Product Owner (TPO) – Data & Analytics will own and drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across data platform, analytics, and visualization initiatives. This role partners closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate enterprise and IT priorities into clear product goals, epics, and roadmaps that deliver measurable business and patient impact.
On a daily basis, the TPO will lead discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and value realization for data and analytics products. They will manage tradeoffs across scope, speed, quality, and capacity, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives. This role serves as a key bridge between business teams and technical delivery teams, guiding teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release execution while maintaining traceability from strategy to execution.
The TPO will also define success metrics, establish acceptance criteria, and monitor post‑delivery outcomes to ensure products deliver tangible value. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management are critical, as this role works across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
