Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Core Games Publishing team at a leading industry gaming company, to help shape next‑generation player experiences from early discovery through delivery. This role is deeply embedded with studio partners and is ideal for someone who has shipped at least one PC or console title, understands the realities of game development cycles, and excels at translating player data and research insights into clear, actionable product recommendations to secure strong product‑market fit.
As the Product expert, you will drive player‑centric thinking across the organization, partnering closely with studio teams, data science, consumer insights, and user research to inform feature discovery, audience definition, and product positioning. You will work directly with game and creative directors across multiple projects in development, serving as the bridge between studio needs and this companies publishing capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the product expert and player advocate across studio and publishing partners
• Inform feature discovery and definition during early and ongoing development
• Partner with Data Science, Consumer Insights, and User Research to translate insights into actionable product recommendations
• Brief intelligence teams to support product pillar exploration, audience definition, and market fit
• Monitor market, platform, and player trends to inform studio partners
• Collaborate with Strategy, Brand, and Creative teams to shape product positioning
• Partner directly with game and creative directors across two primary projects in development
• Work closely with Production to ensure the product vision is delivered in a player‑centric way
• Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, data‑backed insights, and strong cross‑functional relationships
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10 years of Product Management experience within a publishing or gaming environment
• Shipped at least one PC or console game in a studio environment
• Experience working closely with game development teams and game or creative directors
• Strong background in player behavior analysis, market and user research, and feature discovery and prioritization
• Deep understanding of PC and console development cycles
• Proven ability to digest complex datasets or research reports and extract key insights
• Strong track record of delivering well‑reasoned, data‑driven product recommendations
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills

• Strong experience creating impactful and actionable product briefs

Salary : $55 - $70
