Senior Facilities Project Manager

Job Title: Facilities Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead construction initiatives within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role will drive projects across cleanrooms, labs, and office spaces, ensuring efficient execution in complex, highly regulated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end construction projects across cleanroom, lab, and office environments
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
• Develop project plans, cost estimates, and manage financial performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Facilities, EHS, IT, Design) to translate requirements into execution plans
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain alignment and performance
• Manage RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with permitting, safety, and environmental standards
• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and provide updates to leadership
• Support project closeout, including documentation and turnover

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of experience managing construction projects
• Experience supporting large capital projects and budgets
• Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.)
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel, Procore, or Smartsheet
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing environments
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Familiarity with LEED standards and building codes
• PMP certification or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

Compensation:

Salary range for this role is $109,000 - $150,700 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
