Insight Global is seeking to identify a Senior Director of Human Resources who will play a key leadership role in connecting people, culture, and business performance across the enterprise. Reporting into executive leadership, this individual will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across core HR functions including business partnerships, total rewards, and employee development.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Enterprise Leadership & Alignment
- Provide leadership across HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Development, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach
- Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to align talent strategy with operational goals
- Build and maintain a people operating framework that connects strategy to execution with clear processes and measurable outcomes
- Act as a cultural leader, helping bring company values to life across teams and locations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration preferred
Experience
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience supporting both corporate functions and field-based operations

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $150,000 - $295,000
