About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a growing technology organization supporting enterprise-scale digital initiatives. This individual will partner closely with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to help Agile teams deliver high-impact technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, facilitating collaboration, and helping organizations continuously improve their Agile delivery practices. The Scrum Master will play a key role in supporting modernization efforts, cloud-based technology initiatives, and the ongoing advancement of Agile methodologies across multiple teams.
What You'll Do
- Support multiple Agile teams as they deliver enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve visibility, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact team performance or sprint commitments.
- Help manage dependencies across teams and participate in larger Agile planning activities.
- Track team health, velocity, and delivery metrics while using data to encourage continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and customer-focused team culture.
- Support organizations adopting Agile, DevOps, cloud, and modernization initiatives.
- Promote Agile best practices while helping teams become increasingly self-sufficient and high performing.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting software development or technology-focused teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working within a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
- Background supporting cloud, digital product, application development, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models.
Compensation: $40/hour to $50/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
