Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Arlington Heights, IL (Fully On-Site)
Duration: 12 Month Contract Extensions
Pay Rate: $20/hr - $24/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in the Telecommunications space is looking to hire a scheduling coordinator to work on a new client that they’ve been contracted to perform broadband installation services. This person will be responsible for scheduling the technicians for the installation as well as doing day of support for the installation itself. This work could also include supporting various new customers that are looking to move from POTS lines (plain old telephone service) to a VOIP solution, which would involve scheduling technicians to perform site surveys.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Prior experience working within a telecommunication role or customer service. • Experience in data entry. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products – site surveys are in Excel, and they will be working heavily with Excel. • Must provide customer and client satisfaction to all individuals you speak with • Exhibit the ability to work within a team environment while maintaining individual performance goals and expectations. • Prior experience in using effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to a fluctuating workload.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $24/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
