Saviynt Architect

Job Description

Our client is seeking a senior-level Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) / Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise identity governance solutions, with a heavy focus on the Saviynt platform. This individual will serve as the technical leader for identity governance initiatives, helping modernize and scale identity programs that support security, compliance, automation, and Zero Trust objectives. The Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end identity governance capabilities, onboarding applications into the identity ecosystem, establishing architectural standards, and partnering closely with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, Audit, and Application teams. This person must be comfortable operating at both the strategic and hands-on technical levels, guiding enterprise IAM roadmaps while also supporting implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.

Required Skills and Experience:

IAM & Identity Governance Experience

• 10-15 years of overall Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience, with 4 years in an Architect capacity.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) programs.
• Strong background in Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), Identity Governance, Access Controls, and Security Architecture.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Saviynt implementation and architecture experience.
• Experience supporting Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation and Identity Management, Priveleged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services, MFA and Conditional Access

Compensation: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
