Title: Sales Manager

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 180k base with 30% target on bonus (bonus is quarterly and uncapped based off growth line budget & service component) Total comp 250k
Location: Pheonix, AZ
Must-Haves:
- 5 years of professional sales leadership experience
- Knowledge of the commercial sales cycle
- Experience selling a long term solution
- Project based/ Service work
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to motivate and effectively lead large teams comprised of sales and administrative personnel toward a common goal

Day to day:
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a sales manager out of the Pheonix, AZ area. This person will be responsible for not only helping to lead a team of account managers but also driving opportunity in this region.
Key responsibilities listed below:
- Manage a 65-75 million dollar market
- Oversee a team of 12 account managers across Pheonix, Tucson, Salt Lake City and Albuquerque
- Working cross functionally with AV manufacturing partners, Architecture, Commercial clients, C-Level contacts, cross divisional work, ETC.
- Attending networking events, conferences, etc.
