Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join their organization. Their mission is to make customer journeys easier and more enjoyable across their retail experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching the Lean-Agile mindset and practices across the Agile Release Train (ART), including Scrum Masters, Agile teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners
- Supporting strong communication within the ART and fostering a one-team mindset
- Optimizing the flow of work through the Agile Release Train
- Partnering with Product Managers to prepare for PI Planning, ensuring vision, roadmap, and program backlogs are ready
- Supporting teams with feature estimation and aggregating estimates for larger initiatives (e.g., epics)
- Facilitating PI Planning readiness through Continuous Exploration, including pre- and post-PI planning events
- Leading and facilitating PI Planning events
- Managing risks, dependencies, and resolving impediments
- Capturing and analyzing program flow metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Helping shape and grow the Scrum Master community and Communities of Practice
Compensation:
$70-80hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
