Location: Onsite – Omaha, NE

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 base (≈ $155K all-in potential w/bonuses)

10% stock option (awarded after 1 year of employment)

Schedule: 7-8:00 AMish ~ 5:00 PM

Weekend emergency response coverage required

Must-Haves:

• 1-4 years of Rental Industry experience, branch operations, or profit center management
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, revenue generation, and financial controls
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• Ability to lead both operations and sales functions
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Plusses:

• Experience in climate control, HVAC, construction, or industrial services
• Background managing technicians and sales representatives
• Experience calling on General Contractors or industrial customers
• Purchasing, PO writing, or contract management experience

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Climate Control Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) for a top equipment rental and services client. This individual will have full responsibility for the performance of a climate control rental branch, overseeing sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, logistics, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys building and leading high-performing teams, and is motivated by driving both operational excellence and revenue growth in a multi-million-dollar business unit.

Day-to-Day:

• Full ownership of branch operations as a Profit Center Manager
• Arrive early to review operational and financial reports
• Lead morning power-up meetings and safety huddles
• Manage and dispatch 2–4 technicians for deliveries and pickups
• Lead and support 2 sales representatives
• Write and manage rental contracts handle purchasing / write purchase orders
• Manage branch P&L, including revenue growth and cost control
