The successful candidate will spend significant time on the production floor partnering with manufacturing teams, quality personnel, engineering, and leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement sustainable improvements.
The Quality Manager will oversee quality personnel supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation while ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, food safety requirements, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. This role is ideal for an engaged leader who enjoys coaching teams, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and driving measurable business results.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Quality Management / Supervisory experience in a manufacturing enviroment
- Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, food safety, and food defense program
Compensation:
$100,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary.
