This role focuses specifically on instrumentation and electrical equipment used in industrial and energy environments. The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for supporting inspections, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing, fabrication, and integration process. Key Responsibilities • Perform QA/QC inspections on instrumentation and electrical equipment throughout fabrication and integration • Review and follow quality procedures, processes, and documentation • Support quality control activities related to: o Panels o DCS / SIS / SCP systems o Control systems o Power distribution centers (PDCs) o Switchgear o Shelters and control buildings • Complete and maintain inspection forms and documentation using Excel • Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and operations teams to address quality issues • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed • Ensure equipment meets internal quality standards and customer requirements prior to delivery We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience 5–20 years of QA/QC experience in a production or manufacturing environment Hands on QA/QC experience with instrumentation and electrical equipment (Not piping, structural, or mechanical focused QA/QC) Strong Excel skills, including use of forms and documentation tracking Nice to Have Skills & Experience Shipping/receiving experience Inventory Management Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
